Ice storm with no power that includes heat. I was already frustrated. The woman at the desk went above and beyond to accommodate us and our friends in 2 rooms next to each other. It is a no frills room at a great price which helps. It was pretty clean, everything worked .....especially the heat! When I thought I was staying another day the owner was there making sure I had everything taken care of if i needed anything. It is a simple room, bed, restroom fridge and microwave. Close to downtown and quick check who makes excellent subs.so if you're looking for lux..... this is not for you. But if you need a room, friendly attentive staff, no frills best price bed, they got you.
Reasonable. Needs updating but clean. Large rooms. Stay here every time we come to Kingston. Staff very friendly.
Not a bad place if you're just spending a quick night. Clean for the most part but the outside appearance and those staying there may be a little off putting. Bed was clean, bathroom was clean and room was cheap. TV actually had some good channels too.
The bed was really comfortable. They gave us a room where the windows fell out of the frame when we tried to open them. Then upon taking a shower, the handle fell off and the water wouldn't stop. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, but that was fine. They gave us a different room after we asked. It was on the bottom floor in the back. Everything in it worked and was nicer than the first room, except that the wifi didn't reach down there and for some reason we both had no cell service in the room but did right outside. The rates were good. The TV was nice and the lady who worked at the desk had a really cute pit bull, which made up for everything.
I spent two nights at the motel 19 the room was nice and clean and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator as well bathroom was nice and it was just a nice looking room cable work well and the price is right for the hotel as stated cheapest in the Catskills and looking at other places it was will be going back this weekend October 29th nice

Stayed a night for local nonprof event. Owners do a lot despite the reputation. As much as people talk, this motel is the only one that puts people in need it that no one else will. I give them credit for what they do.
